1. Tell us a little bit about yourself
My name is Zeenat Zita .D Yirenkyi, CEO Of Tec Konsult Limited – a company that specializes in Technology , Entrepreneurship , Real Estate and Showbiz. I’m also a Serial Entrepreneur and I run a transport business. I’m a Tech and STEM advocate. I host a radio show called VIM TIME and a TV Show called The Zeenat Zita Show. Women issues, a better Africa, child injustice/imprisonment and NGOempowerment are areas I dedicate my free time volunteering to. I got nominated and won the Airtel Excellence award, I was nominated and awarded as Most supportive Mum in Leadership under the aML Flagship. I authored two books ; The African Spirit and Dear Mrs. My company got nominated for Ghana Business Awards.
2.What inspired you to start the entreprenurship journey
I enjoy creating things, entrepreneurship gives me the freedom to do that but my motivation got higher when I started thinking so much about my need for financial freedom . Even with that I was still skeptical till I had my son. Being a mother challenged me to own a legacy I can leave behind and being a mother made me fearless enough to chase my entrepreneurial dreams to the max.
3. Please share some time management tips that has helped you with us
The 5 seconds rule. No matter how tired I am/the excuses i give, when i really need to act NOW, I count 5,4,3,2,1 and off my feet to the task with zero excuses. This rule manages every bit of my life and helps me hit my target on timelines.

5. Share one life hack that has helped you on your journey
It’s business, dont take it personal, successes come, failures too, dont be too hard on yourself when it doesnt work as expected. Keep going, change the project, do whatever but never stop, keep chasing all you want out of life. Pause to celebrate all successes, even the little ones. Have a target to know new people every week, it grows your network and eventually grows your networth

She is currently the Business Development Manager at GP Business Consulting serving as Lead Consultant with CBI -Netherlands Enterprises Agency. With a background in marketing she’s worked in different roles cutting across HR, Sales, Business Development and Marketing over the past 14 years in the Tech space. She has a keen interest in Digital marketing especially social media and has spearheaded over 50 training programs geared towards training women led business owners and young girls, equipping them with digital and simple tech skills. She has also consulted for companies and institutions across sectors, helping them optimize content, creation, ad management, customer engagement, and automation. She is the powerhouse behind the WeMompreneurs community, which supports mothers in business through training, networking, consultancy in digital tools. Mary is the co-author The Fruit of the Spirit (a children's book). She holds a BSc.Management with Computing and a MSc. Strategic Management and Leadership.
